"I would like to thank your Company for the way you handled our problem with my farm generator. The engineer you said was good at his job, well, he really was a good man, he got stuck into fitting the circuit board which to me looked like a night mare. He not only had a nice personality he was most efficient. The weather conditions were against your engineer on site with very high winds but he did not let that bother him he just got on with the job in hand."
