Mental Health First Aiders are now positioned across multiple areas of the business

Making Support Visible Across the Business

Delivered at Head Office, the training brought together representatives from the Senior Leadership Team, Operations, Sales and Finance.

Participants were deliberately selected from different departments to ensure that wherever someone works in the organisation, there is a trained, approachable person they can speak to if they need support.

Mental Health First Aiders are now positioned across multiple areas of the business, helping to encourage open conversations and ensure support is accessible day to day.

Investing in Our People and Our Community

The Managing Mental Health in the Workplace course was delivered by local charity Lancashire Mind Limited.

Partnering with a local provider reflects Central Power Services’ belief in supporting not only its own workforce, but also organisations making a difference within the communities it serves.

Leadership Commitment to a People Focused Culture

Paul Dove, Chief Executive Officer of Central Power Services Ltd, said:

“We want everyone at Central Power Services to feel valued, supported and able to talk openly if they are struggling. By having trained colleagues across the business, we are making sure no one feels they have to deal with challenges on their own.”

This initiative represents a practical but meaningful step in continuing to build a caring, inclusive and people focused workplace.
